Day 1: Medieval Heart & Harbor Life

Morning (9 AM - 12 PM): Start at the Palace of the Grand Master (UNESCO site), the epicenter of Rhodes' medieval past. Afternoon (1 PM - 4 PM): Stroll the Street of the Knights (Ippoton) – a maze of cobbled streets lined with medieval mansions. Stop at the Medieval City Walls near the Porta di San Giorgio for photo ops. Grab lunch at a taverna near the harbor (try grilled octopus and fresh local cheese with bread – €10-15). Walk 15 mins to Mandraki Harbor for views of fishing boats.

Evening (6 PM onwards): Dinner at a seaside taverna near Mandraki (seafood platter with grilled sardines, €18-22). Post-dinner, wander Street of the Knights as lanterns light up the old lanes. Cost: €25 total. Walk back to your hotel (all within 15 mins).

Day 2: Lindos Acropolis & Beach

Morning (9 AM - 12 PM): Take a bus (Line 1) from the city center to Lindos (€2, 30 mins). Climb the Lindos Acropolis (30 mins uphill) – ancient Greek temple complex with epic Aegean views. Cost: €7 entry. Avoid midday heat; go early.

Afternoon (1 PM - 4 PM): Relax at Lindos Beach (pebble shore, turquoise water). Rent a sunbed (€5) or swim. Lunch at a beachside kiosk (fresh grilled fish sandwich, €6). Walk 10 mins to Lindos Village for souvenirs (handmade ceramics, local honey).

Evening (6 PM onwards): Return to Rhodes Town via bus (€2). Dinner at a traditional Greek taverna in the Old Town (meze platter with dolmades and lamb, €20). End at Diagoras Street for sunset views over the harbor. Cost: €25 total. Taxi back if tired (€10).

Day 3: & Sunset

Morning (10 AM - 1 PM): Explore Agios Nikolaos Beach (15 mins by bus from city center, €1.50). Relax on the sandy shore (less crowded than Lindos). Walk to Archaeological Museum (small, but great for artifacts – €5 entry). Cost: €6 total.

Afternoon (2 PM - 5 PM): Head to Monolithos Castle (10 mins drive from town, taxi €5). Hike up for panoramic views of the coast (30 mins walk). Lunch at local market (try loukoumades – fried dough with honey, €3). Walk back through Old Town's Fish Market (sights/sounds of fresh catches).

Evening (7 PM onwards): Dinner at a family-run ouzeri (small taverna serving local wine and grilled meats – €15-20). Post-meal, walk Porta della Marina (old city gate) for evening strolls. End at Kolymbithra Beach (near Old Town) for sunset over the sea. Cost: €20 total. Bus back to hotel (€1.50).
