How do I find cheap flights?

Book 4-8 weeks before departure. Fly Tuesday or Wednesday. Use off-peak airports (Beauvais for Paris, Bergamo for Milan). Budget airlines cover most European routes for 20-80 EUR one-way.

When are flights cheapest?

January, February, and November. Avoid July-August. September offers the best value: good weather + lower prices.
