360 Business Tour is an independent travel publication. This page explains how we create, verify, and maintain our content — including our use of AI tools, affiliate relationships, and correction procedures.

Who Creates Our Content?

All content is authored or approved by Flavia Voican, founder of 360 Business Tour, or members of our research team under her editorial oversight. We maintain a byline on every article identifying the responsible author.

For high-volume programmatic content (flight route pages, city data summaries), we use AI language models to generate initial drafts, which are then reviewed for accuracy against primary sources before publication. We disclose AI assistance on relevant pages.

Research & Fact-Checking Standards

Attraction information — Verified against official attraction websites, Wikipedia, and regional tourism authority data
Flight prices — Real-time data from Travelpayouts API, updated daily. Prices shown are indicative and subject to change
Visa & entry requirements — Sourced from official government travel advisory pages (UK FCDO, US State Department, EU travel info)
Hotel data — Sourced from booking partner APIs and verified against property websites
Weather data — Historical averages from WeatherAPI.com; seasonal ranges, not guarantees
Restaurant information — Based on neighborhood research and public reviews; we do not name unverified restaurants

Affiliate Links & Sponsored Content Policy

We earn commissions through affiliate programs (Travelpayouts, Amazon Associates, and others). These links are clearly marked and generate income that funds our independent journalism. We do not accept sponsored posts, pay-for-placement reviews, or direct advertiser influence over editorial content. Our recommendations reflect genuine assessment, not payment.

Every page with affiliate links carries an affiliate disclosure near the top of the page.

AI Content Policy

We use AI language models (primarily local models running on our own infrastructure) to assist with drafting, structuring, and scaling content. Our policy:

AI-generated content is always reviewed by a human editor before publication
Factual claims are verified against authoritative sources, not accepted from AI output alone
We do not fabricate quotes, statistics, or specific venue names using AI
Where AI tools are used to generate substantial portions of a page, the page carries a disclosure noting human editorial oversight

Corrections Policy

We correct verified factual errors promptly. If you find incorrect information on any page:

We respond within 48 hours and correct verified errors within 7 days
Significant corrections are noted at the bottom of the relevant article with the correction date

Content Freshness

Travel information changes. Our update schedule:

Flight prices — Updated daily via API
City guides & events — Reviewed and refreshed monthly (first of each month)
Hotel & restaurant pages — Major review annually; minor updates as needed
Best time to visit — Reviewed annually before each travel season
Visa & entry requirements — Reviewed quarterly; flagged with "verify before travel" where conditions are volatile

All pages show a "Last updated" date. If a page has not been updated recently and you rely on it for travel planning, we recommend cross-checking critical information with official sources.

Independence Statement

360 Business Tour is independently owned and operated. We have no investors, no advertising partnerships that influence editorial decisions, and no financial relationship with any destination tourism board. Our editorial decisions are based solely on what we believe is most useful to our readers.
